you have to confirm your booking. We will then send you an instant confirmation message by email.
No charge of credit card
We will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card.
You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel. Cancellation is free of charge; provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy (see "Hotel Policy").

AREA INFORMATION
Enjoy a bike ride along the seafront or take a stroll around the nearby shops, stopping off for some authentic tapas and Sangria on the way. Do not forget to try Valencia’s famous Paella. You are near both the bus and tram networks which will take you all over the city.
There are tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool in the area to help you stay outdoors and active.
COMMENTS
Guests are asked to indicate their expected time of arrival when making their reservation.
Guests must contact staff on the day of arrival to arrange a time to meet at the apartments. Please use the telephone number which will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Arrivals between 22.30 and 07:00 incur a surcharge of EUR 20.
The Apartments do not accept American Express as a method of payment.
A deposit of EUR 250 by credit card or cash is paid upon arrival and reimbursed once the condition of the apartment has been checked by a member of staff.
